Xero & Google Workspace: I use Xero for invoicing and financial management, and Google Workspace for email and file storage.
ClickUp: Platform I use to track the progress of our work together.
Analytics & Performance:
Microsoft Clarity & Google Analytics: I use these to understand how users interact with the website (e.g., heatmaps and session usage). This data is typically anonymised.
Marketing & Communication:
Brevo: I use Brevo to manage my email lists and send newsletters. If you subscribe, your name and email are stored here.
Professional Advisers: Lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers (if absolutely necessary).
Legal Requirements: If required by law or a regulatory authority.
5. International Transfers
Some of my external third parties (like Brevo or Microsoft) serve data globally. Whenever I transfer your personal data out of Australia, I ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by working with reputable providers who adhere to strict data protection standards (like the GDPR).
